Rooted in Science, Driven by Compassion, Focused on Families

Our Approach

We are an assent-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) company providing in-home and community services for children, teens, and adults. We work to build relationships where individuals feel respected, safe, and eager to interact—never pressured or overwhelmed. We value each person’s autonomy and aim to earn trust through consistency, compassion, and collaboration. ABA sessions for children are play-based and child-led, creating natural opportunities for learning and connection. For teens and adults, we focus on the same strong rapport while targeting skills such as executive functioning, daily living, social communication, and personal independence.

ABA SERVICES

In-Home Based Services

In-home ABA services provide individualized support within the comfort of the client’s home. Therapy focuses on developing meaningful skills—such as communication, social interaction, emotional regulation, and daily living routines. When challenging behaviors occur, we identify the underlying needs and teach replacement behaviors that allow the individual to express themselves safely and effectively. A Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) work with the client using evidence and assent based practices. Family involvement is essential so skills can be reinforced and generalized into everyday routines. (Autism Speaks, 2024; Behavior Analyst Certification Board [BACB], 2020; Centers for Disease Control and Prevention [CDC], 2024).

Community Based Services

Community-based ABA takes therapy into real-world environments such as schools, parks, stores, workplaces, or other community locations. These sessions help individuals practice communication, transitions, social interaction, vocational skills (when appropriate), and independence. ABA practitioners offer support that promotes confidence, safety, and success in everyday community life. (BACB, 2020).

Telehealth Sessions

When appropriate, telehealth ABA services allow flexibility while still supporting progress for parent coaching, caregiver collaboration, and treatment modification through secure, HIPAA-compliant video sessions. A BCBA guides caregivers or RBT’s to ensure high-quality treatment oversight. Telehealth during ABA sessions are reserved for BCBA-provided services and can be highly effective when delivered by trained and licensed professionals. (Autism Speaks, 2024; BACB, 2020; Council of Autism Service Providers [CASP], 2020).

Parent & Caregiver Trainings

Parent and caregiver training provides families with practical guidance and coaching to support their child’s growth across daily routines. During these sessions, BCBA’s model strategies, explain the reasoning behind interventions, and offer hands-on feedback to build caregiver confidence and skill. These training sessions are essential for promoting generalization—ensuring that the skills a child demonstrates during ABA sessions carry over into home, school, and community settings. Caregivers learn how to apply ABA techniques naturally and respectfully, reinforce skill development, and implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) effectively and compassionately. (Autism Speaks, 2024; BACB, 2020; CDC, 2024).
